Thereafter,the method has been modified in different ways by,many authors in several countries. After consideration,of published work focusing on the method and its,reliability, a temperature of 40 êC and a period of 3 h,have been selected for this standard.,1 Scope,This European Standard specifies a method, known as,the flask method, for determination of formaldehyde,release from uncoated wood-based panels.,2 Normative references,This European Standard incorporates by dated or,undated reference, provisions from other publications.,These normative references are cited at the,appropriate places in the text and the publications are,listed hereafter.
